Focus on Effective Learning
As the owners of time2learn, we are responsible for designing and organizing the learning environment in which the lessons take place. This includes not only lesson planning but also supporting parents, students, and teachers. This involves initial consultations, individual guidance, and, when necessary, direct contact with schools.
School Management
Since 2025, Lara Josting has been part of the educational management at time2learn. She studied History and Chemistry for teaching and is the mother of a young son.
Marion Kauscher, business graduate, is the commercial director of time2learn. She is the mother of two adult sons and co-founded the company in 2007.
The Teachers
Our dedicated and certified teachers consist of students and retired educators. Through regular exchange, we stay up to date – both professionally and methodically. We share the joy of teaching and the motivation to support each learner individually.
We are looking for dedicated teachers who enjoy teaching and want to strengthen our team with expertise and passion – flexible, motivated, and freelance-based.

We aim to combine learning with joy, motivation, and success. At time2learn, we value individual support, transparency, and a trusting collaboration with both parents and students. Our teachers are certified by Tutorwatch, and we place great importance on high quality and regular training.
